Job Description

Elkho Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Head to join our client, a leading Bank in the UAE. As an IT Head, you will be responsible for providing direction, knowledge, and resources for the cost-effective implementation of IT systems and infrastructure that are suitable for the business needs.

  • Prepare the bank’s IT plan, participate in budget creation in line with business objectives, and ensure that the plan is carried out within the budget.
  • Supervising the implementation of software solutions and hardware infrastructure that are acquired.
  • Monitor new developments in the IT field, identify, and propose new systems and technologies that could cost-effectively supplement or replace existing systems.

Skills

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, preferably a Masters.
  • 10-15 years of experience across the IT spectrum
  • good understanding of banking software systems and processes.
  • must have led a team of 20-30 people
