Job Description
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Address customer queries in a polite, professional, and prompt manner.
Provide apt solutions to customer issues after understanding their concerns properly.
Oversee routine tasks and activities to elevate the satisfaction levels of visitors.

Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait for staff.
Minimum Bachelor’s level education in the field of Business Administration or Hospitality.
Adept in using software like Craftable, Lightspeed Restaurant, OpenTable, Clover, and other managerial tools.
Professional education in Administration, Hotel Management, or any relevant domain.
