We are currently hiring a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our real estate company. As a Maintenance Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of our properties.
Responsibilities:
Conduct maintenance tasks, with a focus on plumbing repairs and installations.
Assist with electrical and AC maintenance, as needed.
Perform general maintenance work on properties.
Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance requests.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Document maintenance activities and report any issues to management.
Skills
Requirements:
Prior experience and knowledge in plumbing repairs.
Familiarity with electrical and AC maintenance.
General understanding of property maintenance tasks.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Valid driver’s license is preferred.
