Job Description
We are currently cutsomer representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses.
Assist customers in resolving service-related issues.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while addressing customer concerns.
Make strong relationship with customers
Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet customer needs.
Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Skills
Proficient English typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute.
