About the Client:

A well-known Arabic restaurant and café in Dubai

Job Description:

Supervise the day shift restaurant operation.
Coordinate with the mid shift supervisor and to the operation manager.
Train staff about menu knowledge and standard service
Assist in mis-en-place and restaurant layout
Prepare the store requisition as per requirement.

Skills
Qualifications:

Open to Arabic nationals
38 years old and below
Minimum 4 years UAE experience on the same role
Well familiar to Arabic, Lebanese, Italian, and International Cuisine is a plus
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
