Job Description:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Oversee employee relations activities and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance.
Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes.
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Identify training needs and develop learning and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and competencies.

Skills

Qualifications:

30 to 40 years old
Must have at least 6 years of UAE experience in the F&B industry
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
