Mesk Al Barari is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a leading auto spare parts distributor, we are committed to providing top-quality products and services to our customers in the automotive industry.


  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and emerging market trends.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our customer base, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.
  • Generate and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, OEMs, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine business strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay ahead of the market and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and partnerships to enhance our product offerings and distribution channels.
  • Work closely with the product development team to identify new product opportunities and support their successful launch.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to the management team on a regular basis.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products and build brand awareness.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the automotive industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of auto spare parts market dynamics, trends, and customer needs.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and market research tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
