Mesk Al Barari is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a leading auto spare parts distributor, we are committed to providing top-quality products and services to our customers in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, potential customers, and emerging market trends.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our customer base, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, OEMs, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine business strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay ahead of the market and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and partnerships to enhance our product offerings and distribution channels.
- Work closely with the product development team to identify new product opportunities and support their successful launch.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to the management team on a regular basis.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products and build brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of auto spare parts market dynamics, trends, and customer needs.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and market research tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
