Cool Air Electromechanical, a leading company in the electromechanical industry located in Ajman, UAE, is seeking a dynamic and professional individual to join our team as a Company Secretary/Front Office Personnel. This position requires a bachelor’s degree qualification and excellent English proficiency, with desirable skills in MS Office and strong communication abilities.   • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate departments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier deliveries
  • Maintain the tidiness and organization of the front office area
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Maintain and update company databases and records
  • Prepare and manage official correspondence, reports, and documents


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Own visa/Spouse visa required.
  • Proven experience as a Company Secretary/Front Office Personnel for 1-2 years
  • Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
