Bookkeeping and Logistics Assistant

Job Description

– English-speaking employee managing bookkeeping and logistics for globally-trading company. 

Work location – Sharjah Industrial Area 2

Zoho One experience needed. 

Experience with IT and electronics equipment would be an advantage.

– Managing invoicing and custom declaration

– Managing logistics

– Some warehouse managing responsibilities

Other responsibilities:

  • Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
  • Making sure that all shipment and inventory-related issues are resolved.
  • Developing all commercial invoices and packing lists associated with the initial bill.
  • Preserving timeliness and productivity while monitoring shipments and costs.


  • Good management and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of all legal regulations.
  • Must possess working knowledge of logistics software and Microsoft Office.
  • A specialist who is knowledgeable about all legal responsibilities.
  • Experience with Zoho One is needed.
