Job Description
We are currently hiring 50 individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses.
- Assist customers in resolving service-related issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while addressing customer concerns.
- Make strong relationship with customers
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet customer needs.
- Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Skills
Requirements:
- Proficient English typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute.
Benefits:
- Monthly salary of 2000-2500 AED.
