Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus centralized tips and food allowance

About the Client:
A high-end casual dining restaurant, based in Dubai
Job Description:
- Welcome guests to the restaurant upon their departure
- Providing accurate wait times and monitoring waiting lists and managing reservations
- Lead customers to assigned dining or bar areas and provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress’s name
- Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options and maintain a clean reception area
- Address customers’ queries and assist wait staff as needed
Skills
Qualifications:
- Female, 40 years old and below
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Hostess/waitress
- Must have an experience in managing reservations and demonstrable customer-service skills
- High school diploma, candidates with hospitality certification is a plus
- Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
- Must understand restaurant etiquette and familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Must be in good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
