Personal Shopper Manager

The Personal Shopper Manager is an impactful role for InstaShop and we take great pride in the quality of team members that hold this role. The Personal Shopper Manager will be responsible for leading the InstaShop personal shopping experience for our users regionally. This role will require an enthusiastic team player with strong management experience and who hold are true expertise in problem solving along with the confidence to lead a team.
Primary responsibilities
· Manage operations, identify improvement areas and implements measure to maximize customer satisfaction levels
· Leading and motivating the Personal Shopper team and pickers regionally
· Develop operational strategies and translate these into actionable tasks for
· the personal shopper team and enhance the user experience
· Monitor and ensure the SLAs and KPIs of the clients and the personal shopper
· team are fully met
· Maintain an accurate database of penalties for personal shopper pickers
· Ensure the store level complaints are managed effectively and immediately
Requirements
· Strong knowledge of personal shopping or similar within the e-commerce
· industry
· Commercial acumen – able to interpret analytics and strategize in order to
· hit or exceed targets
· Strong organization skills and time management skills
· Proven experience in managing teams
· Bachelor degree in business management or equivalent is preferred
